32nd Annual Machias Blueberry Run, at Machias, ME. 1 Mile at 8:00 am, and 5 Mile at 8:00 am. Part of the 32nd annual Machias Wild Blueberry Festival, featuring craft vendors, exhibits, food, chronomix timing, accurate results. Mile splits at 1 & 3. Water at 2, 4 and finish. Fast downhill finish with lots of cheering spectators. Race Application.
4th Annual Winthrop 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run,
at Winthrop High School, Rambler Road, Winthrop Maine. There
will be a 1 mile fun run for kids which will be followed by a 5K race. The 5K
race traverses a combination of pavement and solid packed gravel trails. This
will be the fourth annual event sponsored
by the WHS cross country team. The major race sponsor is COLDWELL BANKER:

Jefferson Community Day 9th Annual Walk/Run Race. Registration @ 7-7:50 am, Walkers start at 8:00 am, 5K race starts at 8:30 am. The 5K Course is the same used for the past several years. It is a fast course with two very small hills that begins at the Jefferson Village School in Jefferson Village on Route 126. The course winds through a bit of the village, out the Valley Road, doubles back, and ends on the upper field by the School. 5K Race Logistics: Participants may pre-register by contacting Katrina Guptill at 207-586-5568 or email guptill@tidewater.net. The first fifty paid 5K registrants will be guaranteed a Race-day T-shirt. 5K Entry Fee is $15.00** There will be a discount for school teams bringing 5 or more runners.
