1st Annual Erskine Academy Fly Like an Eagle 5K Run/Walk. Race starts at 9 am. To benefit the Erskine Academy Class of 2010, 309 Windsor Road, South China, ME. Pre-Registration $15 non-refundable fee if registered by April 2. Free t-shirt. Race day registration: $20 fee, T-shirt available to order. Registration will take place in the school's Multi-Purpose room from 7:30 - 8:45 am. Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Female. Runner Amenities: Post-race nourishment provided. 30th Annual UMPI Spring Runoff 5K Road Race, Walk, and Relay (3-person). Walkers at 9:45am, runners at 10:00am. This is the second race of the County Challenge Series. Race day registration begins at 8am in Wieden Hall ($12 runners and walkers, $25 for relay teams). T-shirts to the first 60 entrants. Papa’s 5k Run/Walk @ 10:00 a.m. @ Messalonskee High School, 62 Oak Street, Oakland, ME. Registration forms may be obtained by calling Patricia Hross @ 465-9942. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 25 registrants. There will be door prizes and refreshments will be offered. There will be a non refundable entry fee of $15 before April 10th, $20 registration fee after April 10th. There is a special family rate of $25 for a family of four or more if received by April 10th. Race Day registration starts at 9 a.m.. All proceeds will benefit the National Kidney Foundation of New England. There will be awards to the top 3 male/female runners in age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. There will be awards to the top 3 male/female walkers in age groups: 0-30 and 31+.
