Patty's Race is Sunday, May 20th. This 10th year will be the last for us to organize and direct the race, and the last year in which proceeds will solely benefit the Patricia Lynn Corbin Memorial Scholarship Fund. Through the years of support from sponsors, participants and volunteers, we anticipate that after this year's walk / run Patty's scholarship fund will have grown to the point of being able to generate a $1,000.00 scholarship annually. Her scholarship has been able to provide a graduating senior $1,000.00 annually since the first one was given in 2003, her graduating class. Future Patty's Races will be under the organization and direction of Lee Academy, and will go to benefit a project to be determined by LA, another way to continue Patty's legacy of giving. This year's commemorative T-shirt will include a collage of all prior year's races as well as the race logo. The first 200 to register will receive one of this year's shirts. Pre registration is encouraged.
