ERA/MDA 5K race/walk on the Kennebec Rail trail, 353 Water St. Augusta, Maine State Housing Parking lot, Downtown Augusta.
Into The Mud Challenge, Auburn, ME. Starts at the Gorham Middle School. Registration and check in at 8:30 AM. Mud, Mud, and oh yeah, MORE mud and fun! The 2.5 mile Into the Mud Challenge course includes exciting obstacles such as mud pits and muddy crawls. Race alone or with a group of friends as a team of four . . . costumes are encouraged!! The Muddy Dash kids race is a 1-mile, fun and muddy course for 5-12 year olds. The first 250 participants registered are guaranteed a t-shirt and all Muddy Dash participants receive a t-shirt. Children's Discovery Museum 1st 5K and Kid's 1 Fun Run, Augusta, ME. Registration begins at 7:00 AM, Fun Run at 8:30 AM, 5K to follow.
Registration fees are: $20 in advance (ends 5/5/2012), $25 after for the 5K; $3 in advance (ends 5/5/12), $5 after for the Kid's Fun Run.

Club 5K Road Race and 1 Mile Fun Run, Old Town, ME.
On Sunday May 6th, 2012 the Key Club of OTHS is
hosting our first 5K Road
Race for adults and 1 Mile Fun Run for children. Walkers and Runners areboth
welcome for this fun event. The proceeds will benefit Key Club Members
who have been selected to attend the annual DECON Conference in Springfield,MA.
Registration begins at 9:00AM. The 1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 10:15
and is $7 for Children ages 13 and under. The 5k Road Race will begin at11:00 is

Race to Remember 5K Run/Walk, Gardiner, ME. The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Gardiner will again be hosting the Gardiner 5K Road Race and Walk on Monday, May 28, 2012 (Memorial Day!) at 8:00 AM, beginning and finishing at the Waterfront Park. Proceeds of the race will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Gardiner’s summer program. A 1-mile time split, refreshments, and t-shirts (while they last) will be provided.
