The Bangor Take Steps 5K fun run and 1 mile walk fundraiser will be held on September 29 at Husson University. Registration will be at 10 am. The 5K race will start at 11 am. The walk will start shortly afterwards.

Adults can register on line for $25. Youth runners can sign up on the day of the event for $10. There is a free t-shirt for the first 100 runners registered.
This event is raising funds to benefit the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, which is a major sponsor of research and patient education in inflammatory bowel disease. These diseases affect 1 in 200 people nationwide and in our own communities. Please come, run, and have fun!
