1:00 = Shot Put (boys followed by girls)

1:00 = Discus (girls followed by boys)

1:00 = High Jump (girls followed by boys)

1:00 = Pole Vault (boys followed by girls)

1:00 = Javelin (boys followed by girls)

1:00-1:30 = Long Jump (girls)

1:45 - 2:15 = Long Jump (boys)

2:30 - 3:00 = Triple Jump (girls)

3:15 - 3:45 = Triple Jump (boys)

 

Running Events (Girls followed by Boys)

2:00 = 4x800

2:25 = Hurdles 

2:40 = 100 Meter Dash

2:50 = 1600

3:10 = 4x100 Relay

3:20 = 400

3:30 = 300 hurdles

3:55 = 800

4:05 = 200

4:20 = 3200

4:45 = 4x400
