IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COACHES

The seeds have been posted at the links below.  You are allowed to move runners from the slow heat up into the fast heat, but not from the fast heat into the slow heat.  I NEED TO KNOW OF ANY CHANGES THAT YOU WANT TO MAKE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!  Since we are using FinishLynx as the primary timing system, I need to know exactly who is running in what heat.  No changes will be made after 11:30 AM on the day of the meet.  You can e-mail changes to Glendon Rand at runsub5@gwi.net, call me at 207-989-4140 (w) or 207-825-3396 (h), or FAX them to my attention at 207-989-8659.  Thank you and see you at the meet!
